Every card is presented the same way: what the card shows, what it tends to mean when drawn upright, and what it tends to mean reversed. These meanings follow the traditions most readers learn first, written here in plain language. They are a starting point, not a rulebook — with practice, every reader develops interpretations of their own, and yours should eventually overrule ours.
